Spin classes are usually divided into four types of exercises: speed, endurance, power and combination. This allows you to integrate all the important aspects of training into your weekly fitness regime.

Once committing to the spinning regime, your entire body will slowly but surely start to firm up. Due to high-intensity interval training (HIIT), you’ll fry fat by cycling, melt away the fat and build muscles – all at the same time, a 45-minute class can burn up to 600 calories.
If 45 measly minutes came with this many advantages, then spinning is winning.

A great way to work out your legs, bums and tums while having fun.
This class focuses on building strength, mobility, and endurance in these areas.
Muscle groups worked:
- Whole Core
- Glutes
- Hamstrings
- Quads
- Calf’s
Always mixing it up with different routines, no class is ever the same.
Mondays 6pm-6:45pm.
If you are looking for a fun workout that increases strength and flexibility as well as providing you with some alternative cardio, then this is the class for you.
Apart from the physical benefits there is also the positive mental well-being aspects to gain from pole fitness.
An entire new level of self-confidence where you will learn to love your body and see what incredible things it can achieve.
You don’t not need to be a certain size, shape, level of fitness, or be super flexible or certain weight to start your journey in pole fitness.
These Classes are fully inclusive and suitable for everyone.
With a variety of ability ranges you can be assessed in your first class or 1-2-1 and directed to the correct class level for you.
You will have the option to learn basic beginner spins and tricks and over time piece them together to have the ability to make multi combination routines on the pole.
There is also strength and acrobatic style Pole skills and then there is of course the more traditional sensual and erotic styles of Pole skills that go back to its roots of origins.
Heel friendly classes are available but totally optional, there is no pressure to take part in any styles or dress code unless you wish.
You will need to wear shorts and vest style gym attire over time because you need exposed skin to grip the pole ideally but to start with you may just attend on a t-shirt and leggings/joggers if you wish and that will be fine to cover the basic beginner steps
Classes are 3 days a week however if you are a bit shy or the times do not work for you then there is also 1-2-1 and small private group teaching available.

An opportunity for ALL mummas to work on their strength and fitness, make friends and socialise!
Classes are a mix of strength training, core stability and interval-based cardio - suitable for mummas 5/6 months postpartum (or those who have completed the 6 week Stronger New Mumma Course).
Little ones are welcome to come along too - but please remember these classes are about focussing on YOU 💚

6 WEEKS COURSE
If you’d like to regain strength, increase knowledge and meet new mummas then this course is perfect for you!
Designed for new mummas 6 weeks to 9 months postpartum, this course will discuss the physiological and biomechanical changes that take place during the post-natal period and how exercising correctly can aid your recovery.
The course is limited to 6 mummas and their little ones, to ensure I am able to provide enough 1:1 support and guidance throughout the sessions.

Yoga is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Flex & Flow with Ellie will be based around those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class will end with a period of meditation to help relax and restore our body and mind. This class is appropriate for anyone, any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.
