- Make an appointment at reception or speak to one of our trainers – to discuss your objectives – what do you want to achieve?
- Initial one to one discussion – assessment of general health – height, weight and BMI measurements etc. taken and recorded if required – overall fitness test carried out with Personal Trainer.
- FREE Taster Session – so you know what to expect and what to do.
- Specific exercise programme designed for you including nutritional advice, as required.
- Introduction to first exercise session and types of exercises to do – WHATS BEST FOR YOU!
- Using gym equipment properly and to maximum effect.
- Implementation of training programme. One to one sessions begin with assistance from a professional and qualified trainer who will work with you.
- Advice to get maximum results in the minimum time – exercise SMART.
