Can I join online?
You can apply for membership online and you can make payment too, but you will need to sign an indemnity form when you first visit the gym, you may also have to have an induction so you will need to prebook your first visit.
What are my membership options?

How old do I have to be to join?
Members must be 16 years old. If you are 16 or 17 years of age you can join but you must have signed parental consent. We also have a junior membership option too.
What other costs are there?
There are no one-off charges and we don’t charge for your induction on your first visit. However most of our classes are not included within our membership packages, personal training is bespoke so is also not included.
Do you have lockers?
Yes, all lockers are free, simply ask for one each time you visit.
How do I use my free day pass?
Download one of the Day Pass forms from our site, fill it in and present it when you visit, this will save time filling one in when you arrive. Simple!
Can I bring a friend to work out with me in the gym?
Of course, simply get them to complete one of our complimentary Day Passes. (T’s & C’s apply)
How do I book personal training?
Easy, just call to book one of our trainers or book when you visit for the next time you train.
What are the gym's off peak hours?
Monday to Friday 9am till 3 pm Saturday and Sunday 8am till 4 pm

How do I cancel my membership?
Things change, we get that, so just give us a call and we’ll work it out, we’re a family business, you won’t be talking to a sales person so we won’t try and force you into something that isn’t right.
How do I make a complaint?
Nobody wants a bad experience and we certainly don’t want to be the cause of one. Please just call or pop in to see us, we’ll do our best to resolve any problems.
